ARM: dts: msm: remove cti-ack-atomic dt property from 8994v2

Commit 08c003ea ("coresight: remove cti-ack-atomic support") removes the
support for using cti-ack-atomic property in the driver. Remove
cti-ack-atomic property usage from the dt.
