Description
In Settings to Mail, "Email sent sound" cannot be switched OFF permanently. The settings item reappears as ON and the sent sound is back after app restart.

Test environment
Download apk from https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/mail/-/jobs/312654/artifacts/file/app/k9mail/build/outputs/apk/debug/k9mail-debug.apk
Test procedures
Open ~Mail, go to settings->general settings->notifications. Disable Email sent sound. Restart ~Mail app, check the Email sent sound settings again. It should be turned off.
