"Email sent sound" cannot be switched off in Mail

In Settings to Mail, "Email sent sound" cannot be switched OFF permanently. The settings item reappears as ON and the sent sound is back after app restart.

Steps to reproduce

• Switch "Email sent sound" to OFF in Mail.
• Restart app, or "swipe it up" in application browser (square in the bottom bar).

What is the current behavior?

The settings item "Email sent sound" reappears as ON and the sent sound is back after app restart.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The modified settings is permanent and it is not reset at app restart.
