Fix scrolling when in selection mode

Description

This mr fixes the issue where when selecting multiple emails the selection circle was in conflict with scrollbar and it use to change position in the page

Test environment

Tested by @fahim44 as he has the same device which the reporter of the issue has so he was able to reproduce the issue. I tested it on emulator and oneplus 7 it was not 100% reproducible there but its not happening anymore
