Draft: fix: hide apps from search and other places when they are not visible and downloadable

Description

  • Improved application visibility on search results and other screens.
  • We can see the details of the apps which are visible in search results but not downloadable. However, they'll have a “N/A” label on the installation button. (This used to be the previous behaviour)
