FusedDownload validated before starting installing
Description
Validation is added for FusedDownload to avoid some unexpected error cases.

Gradle build against 5713-empty_downloadlist branch, install the apk into the device

Technical details
CleanApk Api returns empty download list sometimes (due to error in cleanapk API), App Lounge should abort those app installations to continue the further installation process.
