Switch ro.build.type to user with ih8sn.

Description

Switch ro.build.type to user with ih8sn to improve 3rd party apps support. BNP Paribas was checking that the device had ro.built.type set to user.

Tests

Tested on GS290 only for Q devices since it's the only device I had issues with setting the fingerprint value with ih8sn (maybe because it's a GSI image)
