Mes comptes BNP Paribas - Erreur 81

Summary
Since version 4.37.0 of the app "Mes comptes BNP Paribas" the digital key no longer works. It returns the error number 81. As required by the application, we have installed the latest version 4.39.3 on which the digital key still does not work.
The problem
Install the last version of the application "Mes comptes BNP Paribas" Press "accéder à mes comptes". You need a BNP bank account. Press on the 3 small bars to the left of "Acceuil" press the icon to the left of your name scroll to tap on "clé digitale" and error 81 will appear
What is the current behavior? Now I can't
Solutions
I would like to have solution, either
- an evolution of/e/ or the app "Mes comptes BNP Paribas" that will fix the problem
- An explanation for installing an earlier version of /e/ to check if the latest version of the application "Mes comptes BNP Paribas" is working with.
Possible fixes
At the same time, I sent a complaint letter to the BNP bank asking for a solution; either a correction of the application, or another way to make purchases and transfers online.
