4575-Q-Fix_wrong_accent_color_issue

Description

In ~Settings app's Styles & Wallpapers's Custom Theme option, multiple same accent color & wrong accent color are present (black accent color for dark-mode, white accent color in light-mode). There should only correct single option for single colors be presented as options.

Test procedures

1. Go to settings
2. Go to display
3. Turn darker theme off or on
4. Go to styles and wallpapers.
5. Go to style
6. Create custom
7. Go through setup until you get to color
8. Check colors. White color should not appear in light theme. Black color should not appear in dark theme. & Should be no multiple same color.
