4575-Q-Fix_wrong_accent_color_issue
Description
In ~Settings app's Styles & Wallpapers's Custom Theme option, multiple same accent color & wrong accent color are present (black accent color for dark-mode, white accent color in light-mode). There should only correct single option for single colors be presented as options.

Test procedures
- Go to settings
- Go to display
- Turn darker theme off or on
- Go to styles and wallpapers.
- Go to style
- Create custom
- Go through setup until you get to color
- Check colors. White color should not appear in light theme. Black color should not appear in dark theme. & Should be no multiple same color.
