#5444 Fix CPU consumption - remove flow-mvi dependency

Guillaume Jacquart requested to merge remove_flow_mvi into main

As highlighted by the issue : #5444 Advanced Privacy consumes too much CPU from settings, threading on Advanced Privacy was done correctly.

Flow-mvi maked difficult to fine tune it, and didn't help us to make the code cleaner and more readable.

This MR remove the flow-mvi and updates all the depencendies of the project.
