Advanced Privacy consumes too much CPU from settings

Summary

Advanced Privacy service consumes all of my CPU when I am navigating to its settings. It looks better after few minutes.

The problem

Steps to reproduce

Spotted on the ~"FP3/FP3+" and one, opening advanced privacy setting can take a while.

What is the current behavior?

Black screen for several seconds until the page is loaded.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The settings page is loaded without latency.

Technical informations

Advanced privacy history is stored in a sqlite database, so we have to check that all SQL queries are efficient for building the history diagram for example. Also we have to check how we fetch the trackers and applications list.
