5422 - fix first graduation label on big screens.
Description
Fix first label of dashboard graph displaying twice and overlapping.
This fix is intended to 1.9 RC2 , but Advanced Privacy main branch as already 1.10 commits.
The branch of this fix starts on top of the last commit of 1.9 (ie 2 commits behing main branch HEAD).

Use a big screen, or reduce "Display size" to "smallest" in device settings and change the timezone to have one of the label on the firsts graduations.
