5648: display trackers for pro-profile app instances.
Description
Fix tracker control for WorkProfile apps. The apps from the WorkProfile will appear in the trackers app list, in the Advanced Privacy instance of the main profile. If the user add a Advanced Privacy instance to it's work profile, it won't collect trackers data.
Ip scrambling won't apply on the work profile from main profile Advanced privacy instance.
