Add e_strings support
Description
This merge request moves all our string modifications to a different file named as e_strings.xml and it also restores all the strings to the same state as upstream so that upstream translations changes can be merged without causing any conflicts. Other advantage is that it makes the job of our translators easier as they don't have to translate all the strings but only those strings that we add over the upstream ones.
The diff was done with the master branch of this project and the latest tag of upstream i.e https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/tree/v0.3.0.233515
