ARM: dts: msm: disable charging only on 8994 CDPs

The MTPs with PMI8994 should be able to charge by default. Move the
qcom,charging-disabled property from the pmi8994 qpnp-smbcharger node to
only in the cdp-specific dtsi file so that the MTPs can charge.
