ARM: dts: msm: increase the recharge threshold on PMI8994

On the PMI8994, the charger chip can have some issues reaching a settled
end of charge. If the recharge voltage is too low, the charger chip will
repeatedly start and stop charging, some times causing an interrupt storm.

Fix this by raising the recharge threshold to VFloat - 200mV.
