arm/dt: msm8610: Enable TSENS to use calibration data

Remove using default slopes and offset for TSENS offset
calibration. Instead use the efuse calibration data to
compute the offset based on the calibration mode supported
by the HW. Also remove local initialization as TSENS HW
is initialized at boot.
