msm_serial_hs: Register UART with BLSP BAM in satellite mode 



Execution Environment(EE) enables BLSP BAM and does not allow apps
side to write to BAM CTRL registers any more.

Hence UART driver needs to register BLSP BAM in satellite mode using
SPS_BAM_MGR_DEVICE_REMOTE.
