ARM: dts: msm-pmd9635: Add GPIO and MPP devices for PMD9635

Add the 6 GPIO and 6 MPP devices for the PMD9635 PMIC. Also add the
configuration tables for the GPIOs and MPPs in order to capture
target specific configurations for PMD9635.
