ARM: dts: msmkrypton: add smb1357 device nodes for MTPs and CDPs

msmkrypton MTPs and CDPs use the smb1357 charger to regulate input power
for the system. The MSM will communicate with the SMB1357 through the
I2C bus using GPIO10 and GPIO11. Additionally, it will use GPIO24 to
handle the STAT interrupt.

Add the SMB nodes to the msmkrypton CDP and MTP device tree files. Add
the corresponding I2C bus definition and gpiomux configurations.
