[GS290]: Disable VOLTE/WFC for Bouygues carrier

Description

SMS not sent nor receive with Bouygues carrier when VOLTE/WFC is active.

  1. Download the /e/OS build zip from the provided link.
  2. Flash it using adb sideload.
  3. Reboot your device and navigate to Settings -> Network & Internet -> SIMs.
  4. On the Bouygues carrier, VOLTE/WFC Preferences should no longer be visible.
  5. Verify that sending and receiving SMS now works correctly.
