Revert "ARM: dts: msm: Disable cti apps node for sa8155"

This reverts commit a14968b8.

commit a14968b8 ("ARM: dts: msm: Disable cti apps node for sa8155")
is added as a temporary fix. Now the issue is resolved with commit
192c6a05 coresight: cti: Move CTI DEVID register read from cti_probe
reverting the temporary fix.
