ARM: dts: msm: Disable cti apps node for sa8155

commit 0a34474c
("coresight: cti: Add sys interface to show max trigger number")
introduces a boot regression for sa8155 while reading devid cti
register in the cti_probe. Disable the cti apps node temporarily
until the issue is properly fixed.
