coresight: tmc: Add USB BAM SMMU support

Add SMMU support to TMC ETR USB BAM. Enable SMMU flag in
SPS connection and send IOVA to SPS driver to program BAM.
Disable scatter-list mode when SMMU is enabled since SMMU
has better support on allocate large memory for ETR.
