ARM: dts: msm: Tune L2 LPM parameters for 8996
Current L2 LPM parameters are favouring to D4(L2 FPC)
instead of D3 (L2 GDHS). This is causing power hit for
some of the usecases. Tune L2 LPM parameters optimally
based on power and perf profiling. Actual measured
latencies and power parameters will be updated in the
subsequent patches.
Below is the breakeven point information of LPM modes:
