ARM: dts: msm: Disable USB superspeed functionality on 8996v1 devices

In some instances, it is observed that QMP USB PHY is coming out of
reset but it is not going into operational mode causing USB enumeration
issues. Fix this issue by disabling QMP USB PHY and support only USB
high speed functionality on 8996 v1 devices.
