ARM: dts: msm: Update speed bin-0 table for 2GHz for MSMtitanium 



Add the frequency corresponding to 2016MHz to speed bin-0 table for
clusters and cci, so as to vote for the lower virtual corner when cpufreq
requests for the frequency.
