ARM: dts: msm8992: Add support for simulator panels

Add video and cmd mode simulator panel support for target
msm8992. Panel booted in video/cmd mode simulator config
need not have an actual panel connected. However, cmd mode
needs a terminator card attached which is configured to
send the hw vsync.
