ARM: dts: msm: specify RESET_S3 source and timer for PMi8994 and PM8004

As per the recommendation, RESET_S3 source for secondary PMIC's
PON should match with that of core PMIC. Timer value should be
configured less than that of core PMIC. Configure it accordingly.
