ARM: dts: msm: specify the CC_CV setpoint for PMi8994 



Specify the CC_CV setpoint for PMi8994 FG to 4340 mV which is
10 mV lesser than the float voltage (4350 mV) configured. This
is needed for EOC (end of charge) to be notified properly.
