msm: camera: reqmgr: Fix trigger count out of bound issue

Since the CAM_TRIGGER_MAX_POINTS equal to CAM_TRIGGER_POINT_EOF,
so we need to use CAM_TRIGGER_MAX_POINTS + 1 to define the
trigger count.
