drm/msm/sde: flip true inline-rot flag to match HW requirement

DRM framework expects the rotation flag to be set based on
counter-clockwise, but the hardware expects it in clockwise
direction. Flip the flags in SDE driver to match the HW.
As part of the change fix the invalid height check for
true inline rotaton.
