ARM: dts: msm: Add Sharp 4K cmd and video mode panels for Kona

This change adds Sharp 4K command and Video mode panels for
Kona target.  The LCD panel requires an onboard regulator
for providing the LCD bias voltage(5.5V).  The panel also
requires platform enable gpio that will provide the power
to drive the local WLED driver.
