ARM: dts: msm: update PM8009 S2 voltage limits for Kona 

Increase the maximum voltage allowed for the PM8009 S2 regulator
to 1100 mV and decrease the minimum voltage allowed to 512 mV in
order to meet WLAN power supply needs.
