ARM: dts: msm: update SMB1355 device node inclusion policy

SMB1355 is an I2C based parallel chip and on different
platform it could be on different I2C bus, update the SMB1355
dt file to be independent of I2C bus.
Keep SMB1355 enabled for MTP/QRD platforms.
