ARM: dts: msm: Enable display for msm8917 QRD

Add display panel and supply entry in msm8917 QRD platform.
This implementation is based on snapshot of the msm8917
device tree msm-3.18 commit 92ba1f4c7b79
("ARM: dts: msm: add hx8394f video mode panel driver").
