ARM: dts: msm: add device tree support for msm8917 MTP and QRD

Add device tree support for msm8917-pmi8937 MTP and QRD and
And msm8917-pmi8940 MTP device.
This implementation is based on snapshot of the
msm8917 device tree from msm-3.18 commit dcf144628733
("ARM: dts: msm: Add initial support for MSMGOLD QRD board").
