K&H mobilbank(ku.khb): app sees FP4 rooted, app cannot be activated

• Device rooted: no (I installed /e/OS from stock android by executed the command line install steps and closed the boot-loader afterwards, but Rooted debugging can be enabled at Developer options. This puzzles me a little.)

App activation fails with an error message that says the device is rooted/jailbroken.

The problem

Steps to reproduce

Install the app from app lounge, package name is hu.khb Provide required permissions to the app. Swipe through the marketing welcome slides. Click on "continue to activation". Click on "activation in e-bank". (All activation methods fail in the same way.)

What is the current behavior?

App refuses activation, error message says the device is rooted/jailbroken.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Activation flow should continue.
