Fix ui for tablets
Description
This mr resolves many issues with tablet ui
- It fixes the floating action button placement to match the phone
- Fixes the edit task page by not using a dedicated layout for it and using the same one as phone which fixes the invisible text and stretches the background to full screen
- Removes repetitive refs.xml, dimens.xml, bools.xml and styles.xml as its repetitive so I have merged it all so its easier to maintain for future
