fixed homescreen widget for android 2.x, updated gitignore

Fixed the updating of the app widget on android 2.x based on ContentProviderChanged notifications.
Refactored widget code to separate post/pre Honeycomb widgets, in prepration for a redesign of the widget for newer Android versions.
Task list selection for the widget is only available on Android >=3.0
