Technical details
Screen time is always well calculated in the case of a reboot.
But it is not well managed in the case of a 2.x => 3.x update without reboot with parental control already activated
Nor in the case of a new activation without reboot on a 3.x version.
The principle of the fix is to make sure that everything is configured correctly in the cases described above (without reboot).
