2045-Add_upstream_version_name_on_libName

Current lib versionName is missing the upstream version. The new format of the versionname is:

<versionMajor>.<versionMinor>.<versionPatch>-u<upstreamVersionName>-<releasePatch>

example: 1.0.6-u2.17-release
