5520-redesign_send_as_popup

Description

sendAs popup view doesn't looks good. This MR update the view according to the mockup.

Test environment

Download latest build apk from the pipeline & instll in your device.

Test procedures

• Open /e/OS Mail , go to ComposeNewMail page.
• Click From field, it will open the select sendAs popup.
• check the popup ui in both light & dark theme.
