This MR improves the encryption setup UX from the compose page of the /e/OS Mail app.

Test environment

Download apk from pipeline build & install.

Test procedures

• clear all data from OpenPgpKey app
• open /e/OS Mail , go to compose new mail page
• click the grey lock button of the right side of the from field. It will popup dialog which let users to understand about encryption.
• click proceed. It will initialize openPgp & encryption key setup.
• go to /e/OS Mail -> settings -> email account -> encryption. Check enable openpgp support & configure end-to-end key. You will see they are configured.
