5557 flipping page header

Description

as in the screen receding, page title flipping issue that happens often in the default view,

as i saw code i found few variable set in when so i hope so at two variable (isUnifiedInbox, isSingleFolderMode) will be true at the same time in few condition or scenario

so i update code put one value in else side
