Description
OpenPGP support via OpenKeychain app is enabled by default. This MR disable this functionality by default.

Test environment
Download & install apk from https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/mail/-/jobs/313153/artifacts/file/app/k9mail/build/outputs/apk/debug/k9mail-debug.apk
Test procedures
Setup new account into ~Mail app. Go to settings -> -> end-to-end encryption. Check Enable openPGP support is disabled by default.
