316-Fix_searchView_seach_icon_placement_issue
Description
Search icon is not following the mockup. The search icon has to be always visible. When the focus is on the search input the cursor is before the search icon instead of after it.
This MR fix this issue

Test procedures
open ~Mail app, click search icon from the action-bar, it will expand the search-view. Check the icon placement in the view.
