315-Update_confirm_delete_dialog_button_text
Description
According to https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/backlog/-/issues/5181#note_208990, the mail deletion message text should be updated to delete & cancel. This MR update these base strings, so that translator can update it later.

Test environment
Download apk from https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/mail/-/jobs/308121/artifacts/file/app/k9mail/build/outputs/apk/debug/k9mail-debug.apk
Test procedures
Open ~Mail app, go to All Inboxes > Compose icon > tap on 3 dots > DELETE. Alert dialog will popup check the action button texts are in delete & cancel
