311-Encrpytion_notifier_in_recipient_token_not_visible_in_dark_mode_issue
Description
For encrypted recipient, the encrypted notifier in the recipient token is not visible in the dark mode as the icon color is black. This MR update the notifier color to default icon color & update the notifier positions so that the looks good with new token background

Test procedures
Open ~Mail app in the dark-mode. Open compose page. Add encrypted recipient in the to field. check the encrypted icon is now visible.
