298-Chip_color_is_not_in_accent_color_issue
Description
For ~Mail app for <= %/e/OS Alicante beta.2 build, with multiple account configured, accounts have different chip colors. When updated to %/e/OS Alicante rc, all accounts should have same chip color (/e/ accent blue color). But in some places, For example, in side drawer, mail notification, old chip color remains.
This MR ignores preference color & use /e/ accent color as the chip color

Test procedures
- set up multiple mail accounts in %/e/OS Alicante beta.2
- update os to %/e/OS Alicante rc
- open ~Mail, side drawer
- switch between accounts, check the text colors of the drawer items, check colors should be in accent color.
